The term “Design/Build” is not understood very well. The reason is that it is very unusual for a remodeling organization to have the inherent talent to not only remodel projects that someone else designed, but have the ability to actually design the project from scratch. At JAI we do exactly that, design the project from the very beginning.
We have actually designed a program that addresses the entire process of designing and building. It is called the “Professional Approach to Building and Remodeling”. It begins with a feasibility study that addresses a laundry list of items that are mandatory to address prior to putting pencil to paper and establishes the required ground work to produce the desired project.
