Let’s start with an understanding of the traditional steps many home owners go through to build or remodel their dream home, and the problems that can occur. In the traditional approach, the home owner visits an architect to design their home or addition. Next, the home owner labors in obtaining bids from three or more contractors to build what the architect has designed. The home owner is, in our experience, frequently disappointed to learn that the architect has created an unaffordable "dream project".

What makes the "Professional Approach" work so well for our clients? We start off with a feasibility study to gather all the required facts before we begin drawing plans. We then work as a team made up of JAI, the Client, an architect, an interior designer and our hand selected, expert subcontractors. We go through our step by step process, making any required adjustments as we go along to ensure that we meet the Client’s goals and expectations and stay within their budget.
