"…what made this renovation project feasible was the owners’collaboration with Joseph Angeleri, a Sarasota contractor with 30 years experience, who specializes in waterfront property west of the Tamiami Trail. Because of the age of the houses, most of his projects involve some updating and restoration to preserve both the exterior appearance as well as significant period details and architectural elements inside.
